i have kinda wanted to, but the way my window faces, it naturally lets in the light in the mornings so ive tried to go with that. i think it would help, except that i dont go to sleep til around the time it starts getting light outside :(
then i sleep til around 12 and get called a 'homebody' (moms new term for 'lazy', i think).
